BELLEROPHON Maritime NX is provided by ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD. We act as a data controller for business enquiries and customer-relationship information, and for account administration and service security information where we decide why and how it is used.

Your organisation normally decides why and how personal information in its operational records is used and acts as the controller for that information. Where we handle those records on its documented instructions, we act as a processor under the service arrangements. Your organisation's privacy notice explains its operational purposes and lawful bases. Ask your administrator about those arrangements; we can help direct a request to the responsible organisation.
Information we may collect
- Account details such as name, email address, job role, permissions and organisation.
- Operational records entered into the system, including cargo, order, vessel, gate and worklist data, and completion photographs or tracker assignments where those features are used.
- Audit information such as user IDs, timestamps, updates, completion actions and sign-in activity.
- Technical information such as browser, device, session, security and diagnostic data.
- Appearance preferences and any personal wallpaper you choose to upload to your account.
- Enquiries, support communications and other information supplied when you contact us.
Information may come from you, your use of the service, your organisation's administrators and people authorised to enter or share operational records. Include only information needed for your work, and only upload images or records you are authorised to use.
Purposes and lawful bases
For information we handle as a controller, the purpose and lawful basis are:
- Business enquiries and customer relationships. We respond to enquiries, arrange product discussions and manage customer and support communications. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business contacts and maintaining those relationships.
- Accounts, service delivery and security. We administer access, provide requested features and support, investigate faults and misuse, and maintain service reliability. We rely on our legitimate interests in delivering the service to customer organisations and protecting users, operational information and the service.
- A contract with you. Where you are personally a party to a contract with us, we process information necessary to perform it, or take steps you request before entering it, on the basis of contract. A contract with your employer alone does not make this basis apply to your information.
- Legal requirements. Where processing is necessary to meet a legal duty, such as handling a data protection rights request or complying with a court order, we rely on that legal obligation.
Legitimate interests apply only where the processing is necessary and those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. You can object to processing on that basis using the contact details in this notice. The purposes and bases for your organisation's operational processing are set out in its own privacy notice, rather than being determined by the list above.
Security and retention
We use technical, organisational and access-control measures designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Information is retained for as long as needed for operational, contractual, audit, legal or support purposes.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to request portability. To exercise these rights, contact support@argonautsystems.com.
Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. For records controlled by your organisation, your administrator can help identify the right contact.
