About these terms

These terms apply to the BELLEROPHON Maritime NX website, enquiries made through its contact links and use of the application, provided by ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD. Access to the maritime workspace is for authorised business use, in line with your organisation's instructions and the applicable agreement with ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD.

Your service agreement

Product descriptions explain the available capabilities. The features enabled for your organisation, commercial arrangements, support and service levels are governed by its agreement with us. Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not itself establish pricing, a service-level commitment or access to the maritime workspace.

Authorised use

You must only access the application using credentials issued to you or your organisation.
You must keep credentials secure and tell an administrator if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not attempt to bypass permissions, security controls, audit trails or usage restrictions.
You must not introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with other users.

Data and operational records

Users are responsible for entering accurate, lawful and appropriate operational data. BELLEROPHON Maritime NX records audit information for security, traceability and operational control. Do not enter information unless you are authorised to process it. This also applies to uploaded photographs and personal wallpaper images.

Confidentiality

The application may contain confidential commercial, operational, customer, vessel, cargo and logistics information. You must not disclose or export information except where authorised by your organisation.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, faults or events outside our control. Support queries should be sent to support@argonautsystems.com.

Intellectual property

BELLEROPHON Maritime NX, its software, design, documentation, trade names and related materials are owned by ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD or its licensors. No rights are granted except the right to use the application as authorised.

Liability

The application is provided for operational use under the applicable agreement with ARGONAUT SYSTEMS LTD. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, incorrect data entry, misuse, third-party systems or events outside our reasonable control.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Governing law
